How We Work
1. Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a no obligation discussion to see how we can help. This can be done via telephone, video call or alternatively site visits can be arranged.
This will give you a chance to share details on your project, colour schemes and what you are looking for in a rug and we can give you an idea of pricing and lead times.
2. Colour Matching
Finding the perfect pairing!
Colour matching with your scheme is the next step in this journey. You can send us fabric swatches, paint charts and images and we will put together a collection of colour tufts for you. These will then be sent out for viewing and you can choose what works for you.
3. Digital Rendering
Following on, we will then provide you with a digital rendering of your chosen design and colours so you can see how the design will look. This gives you a chance to edit the colours if required!
4. Place Your Order
Once you have confirmed your design and colours, you can place your order with us.
We will send over a final quote for you to review and request a 50% deposit to put your rug into production.
We will keep you updated with pictures so that you can see how your rug is progressing and appreciate the wonderful craftsmanship that goes into production.
Once your rug is complete, we will ship it by air straight to the UK for a final quality check before sending to you to enjoy for years to come.
