If you would like us to ship to any destination other than the UK, please contact us and we will be happy to provide postage costs.

We can delivery the majority of our products worldwide (with the exception of ceramics and a few other fragile items).

Please do get in touch for a quote should you not find a shipping rate to your desired country at the checkout.

All international deliveries are delivered at place meaning the receiver is responsible for any VAT & duties on the goods they import.

With the exception of bespoke orders (rugs or fabric, please see separate policy), we accept returns within 28 days of delivery.

SALE ITEMS: Return within 14 days for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.

The cost of returning is the responsibility of the customer.

Bombay Sprout can take no liability for any parcels lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address.

We recommend using recorded delivery to return items.

Should you place a custom/bespoke order and decide that you no longer wish to receive the product;

50% of the full RRP is non-refundable. This helps cover the cost of the product that has been made.

The remaining balance is available for refund.
