The Easter Edit

Easter is fast approaching. While we love egg hunts and the chance to indulge in as much
chocolate as we want, surely the best bit about the long weekend is hanging out with the ones we
love. Whether you’re enjoying the lighter evenings with a glass of Prosecco in the garden, sitting
down around the table for a meal with family or having friends to stay, Easter is all about
entertaining.

And with guests comes the perfect excuse - as if you needed one - to inject your house with a
burst of colour. Not the usual springtime petal-and-pastel palette, we’re talking vivid, eclectic,
joyous hues.

And where better to start than your table? Lay the foundations with one of our Bombay Table Cloths - block-printed in India, they come in hot pink, apple green and turquoise
to elevate your Easter feast.

This is a time for fun, so add a riot of clashing coloured ceramics. Pile a dozen hen and duck eggs
high in one of our Spanish bowls as a striking centrepiece or fill one of our cheerful jugs with
sprigs of scented blossom or a bunch of big, blowsy tulips. Handpainted in Pakistan, each jug is
totally unique, so they’d also make a great gift if you’ve been invited away for the weekend and
are looking for hostess present inspo.

So, too, our eye-catching enamel platters. Designed in Norfolk by Zara, they’re perfect for
drinks, canapes or as a charcuterie board - though they’re equally as lovely on an ottoman, piled
with books and a scented candle. Plus, of course, with their palm tree motif, they couldn’t be
more apt for Palm Sunday.

Same goes for our pretty pink-and-green Anjuna Palm Flatweave Rug, while little ones will love the Kovalam Palm Tree Flatweave Rug which brings a burst of Easter sunshine to any bedroom. Happy Easter!
